§251.222
Legal Authorization for Access

For a request to be acted upon, the person who applies for inspection or copying must be authorized by law to receive a copy or inspect the records.

(1) Charges for copying records will be in keeping with Texas Civil Statutes, Article 3913, or as set by the General Services Commission.

(2) Nothing required by this section shall conflict with the Texas Open Records Act.
