MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

*1 Appellant filed a notice of appeal with the trial court on August 3, 2004 and an amended notice of appeal with this Court on August 6, 2004. The notices of appeal state appellant is appealing a judgment signed March 12, 2004. The Court directed appellant to file a letter brief explaining how this Court has jurisdiction over this appeal. Appellant’s response fails to explain how this Court has jurisdiction over this appeal. Consequently, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
