This appeal arises pursuant to the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, TEX. LAB. CODE ANN. § 401.001 et seq. (1989 Act). A contested case hearing was held on September 26, 2000. The hearing officer approved the spinal surgery request of the respondent (claimant). Appellant (carrier) appealed, contending that the hearing officer erred in approving the spinal surgery request and in denying its discovery request. The file does not contain a response from claimant.
DECISION
We affirm.
We have reviewed carrier’s contentions and the record and we conclude that carrier has not shown that there was any reversible error in this case. Accordingly, we affirm the decision approving the spinal surgery request.
We affirm the hearing officer’s decision and order.
