This appeal arises pursuant to the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, TEX. LAB. CODE ANN. § 401.001 et seq. (1989 Act). A contested case hearing was held on April 2, 2002. The appellant (carrier) appeals the hearing officer’s determination, that the respondent’s (claimant) _____________, compensable injury includes C5-6 radiculopathy and cervical myofascitis, contending that the determination is against the great weight and preponderance of the evidence. The claimant responds urging affirmance.

DECISION

Affirmed as reformed.

After review of the record before us and the complained-of determination, we have concluded that there is sufficient support for the hearing officer’s decision. Cain v. Bain, 709 S.W.2d 175, 176 (Tex. 1986).

The hearing officer in his decision states that the “[c]laimant is ordered to pay medical and income benefits….” This is a typographical error so we reform the decision to state that the “Carrier is ordered to pay medical and income benefits….”

As reformed, we affirm the decision and order of the hearing officer.
