ORDER CANCELING HEARING AND DISMISSING CASE

A medical contested case hearing was scheduled for June 27, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., to determine: Whether the preponderance of the evidence is contrary to the Medical Fee Dispute Resolutions Findings and Decision that (Provider) is entitled to be paid $40.50 for services provided on February 15, 2007? On June 26, 2008, Petitioner and Respondent executed a Benefit Dispute Agreement (DWC-24), resolving the issue. Claimant does not oppose the agreement. It is, therefore, ORDERED that the medical contested case hearing be CANCELED, and the case be DISMISSED.
