On petition for writ of certiorari to the Court of Appeals of Texas, Ninth District. The motion of Maritime Law Association of the United States for leave to file a brief as amicus curiae is granted. The petition for writ of certiorari is granted. The judgment is vacated and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals of Texas, Ninth District, for further consideration in light of Sisson v. Ruby, 497 U.S. 358, 110 S.Ct. 2892, 111 L.Ed.2d 292 (1990).
