This appeal arises pursuant to the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, TEX. LAB. CODE ANN. § 401.001 et seq. (1989 Act). A contested case hearing was held on June 9, 2003. The hearing officer determined that (1) the compensable injury of ____________, includes an injury to the left shoulder, neck, low back, and left knee in addition to the left wrist; (2) the respondent (claimant) had disability beginning January 29, 2003, and continuing through the date of the hearing; and (3) the employer did not make a bona fide offer of employment under Tex. W.C. Comm’n, 28 TEX. ADMIN. CODE § 129.6 (Rule 129.6). The appellant (carrier) appeals these determinations on sufficiency of the evidence grounds. The claimant did not file a response.

DECISION

Affirmed.

We have reviewed the complained-of determinations and conclude that the issues involved questions of fact for the hearing officer. The hearing officer reviewed the record and decided what facts were established. We conclude that the hearing officer’s determinations are supported by the record and are not so against the great weight and preponderance of the evidence as to be clearly wrong or manifestly unjust. Cain v. Bain, 709 S.W.2d 175, 176 (Tex. 1986).

The decision and order of the hearing officer are affirmed.
