The attorney for the carrier appeals the amount of attorney’s fees approved by (hearing officer), hearing officer, on November 29, 1993. The attorney points out that although the individually approved itemized hours in the supporting schedule total 19.6 hours of attorney time, the hearing officer’s total amount shown as approved on the cover order is 15.5. The total that had been originally requested was 21.90. The attorney opines that an arithmetical error was made.
We agree, and amend the total amount of approved hours for carrier’s attorney to 19.6 hours at $90 per hour. The total fees and expenses approved for payment by the carrier should therefore be $1931.64.
