Pursuant to the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, TEX. LAB. CODE ANN. § 401.001 et seq. (1989 Act), contested case hearing (CCH) was held on December 7, 1994. She determined that the claimant was entitled to supplemental income benefits (SIBS) for the second compensable quarter. The appellant’s (carrier) limited appeal goes only to a request for revision of the hearing officer’s apparent typographical error in her conclusion of law and Decision and Order which indicated that the second compensable quarter began on June 11, 1994 instead of July 11, 1994. The response filed by the respondent (claimant) agrees that the correct date is July 11, 1994.
DECISION
Affirmed as revised.
The claimant sustained a broken hand in a compensable injury on ___________, and apparently has not worked, at least up to the beginning of the second compensable quarter for SIBS. The hearing officer determined that he was entitled to SIBS for the second compensable quarter which began on July 11, 1994. We address only the issue brought forth on appeal and our affirmance should not be taken as our agreement with the rationale and analysis regarding the hearing officer’s determination of entitlement to the benefits in issue.
It is clear from the record before us and other parts of the hearing officer’s Decision and Order, including the stated issue coming out of the benefit review conference, that the second quarter began on July 11, 1994, and that the date June 11 set out in the hearing officer’s conclusion of law and Decision and Order was an inadvertent or typographical error. The claimant also agrees that the correct date is July 11, 1994. Therefore, in accordance with the carrier’s appeal requesting we revise the June 11 date to accurately reflect the date of July 11, 1994, we revise the hearing officer’s conclusion of law and Decision and Order to reflect the beginning date of the SIBS in issue is July 11, 1994. With the revision of the date June 11, 1994 to July 11, 1994, the decision and order are affirmed.
