O P I N I O N

PER CURIAM

*1 The Court today considered the parties’ joint motion to reverse and remand. The parties ask this Court to reverse and remand the cause to the trial court for approval of their agreement to settle a claim for workers compensation benefits. The motion is in writing and is signed by the parties’ attorneys.

Accordingly, we reverse the trial court’s judgment and remand the case to the trial court for approval of the parties’ settlement agreement and entry of judgment.
