OPINION
PER CURIAM.
*1 Relator, Keith L. Lindsey, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion to stay trial proceedings, complaining that Judge Reiter1 erred in overruling relator’s objection under Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 74.053 (Vernon 1998) to Judge Reiter’s assignment.
We deny the petition for writ of mandamus and overrule the motion to stay trial proceedings.
