PER CURIAM.

*1 On April 1, 2002, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus, prohibition and injunction, seeking an order requiring the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission to immediately implement this court’s holding in a prior lawsuit currently pending on petition for review to the Texas Supreme Court. This court has determined that the relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relators’ petition for writ of mandamus, prohibition and injunction is denied. See Tex.R.App. P. 52. 8(a). Relators shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
