PER CURIAM

*1 This is an appeal from a summary judgment signed November 15, 1991. Appellant filed a timely motion for new trial. The record was due March 14, 1992. TEX. R. APP. P. 54(a). The transcript was received April 7, 1992. Appellant filed no motion to extend time to file transcript.

On May 18, 1992, appellee filed a motion to dismiss the appeal because the transcript was not timely filed. We grant the motion. With no transcript there is nothing before us for review.

We order the appeal dismissed.
