Each adjuster employed by or on behalf of an insurance company, self-insured, insurance agent, or corporation or by an employer in connection with either the investigation or handling of a workers’ compensation claim shall provide the board with his/her license number as issued under the Insurance Code, Article 21.07-4. This shall be accomplished in each file as soon as practical.
